Coming from many generations of secret family recipes, hard working restauranteurs and what we call nowadays "foodies", in 2010, our little family decided to hang up our corporate working hats and share some of our most beloved dishes with the community by opening a tiny hole in a wall open space called Tamarind Vietnamese Grill & Noodle House. In 2014, we decided to embark on an important new chapter by focusing our menu on entirely vegan Vietnamese food. Countless hours and, most importantly, passion for the community has allowed us to produce our own house made tofu and noodles free of preservatives and GMO products.
In March 2020, on the eve of the unprecedented global pandemic shutdown, our family at Tamarind moved from the tiny yet cozy bistro to a full sit down restaurant. We can't wait to have you join us for a meal at our new space and eagerly look forward to serving you!
